Denise Nichols

As a registered nurse, Denise has always had a passion for learning and used that knowledge to help people in need, physically, emotionally, and spiritually, giving them some solid life skills. She volunteered in many different capacities, from her boy’s school and sports teams, to church youth leadership, an outdoor adventure group, and a certified women’s lay counselor. Some of her most memorable times were short-term trips to communities in developing countries to lend a hand. After returning from one of these trips, Denise, along with a small group of women, began an organization called Frontline for Justice whose sole purpose was to bring awareness and support for the prevention of human trafficking at a time when most were unaware of it. She has been volunteering with RealLife Lake Chelan church.

An avid snow skier, golfer, and gardener Neese especially enjoys adventuring and hanging out with her husband, family, and friends. But, if asked, she would probably tell you her happy place is puttering around in the quiet of her vegetable garden.
